A Direct Care Worker is responsible for the health and safety of our residents while providing personal care and oversight to adults with special needs in both a residential home environment and in the community. A successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be compassionate and possess the ability to maintain the dignity, uniqueness, and inherent value of everyone served.
